The Pro Match configuration combines a 5 inch Government-length barrel and conventional bushing system with a single-action, recoil-operated platform, delivering a classic 1911 feel in a double-stack .40 S&W format. The A2 high-capacity frame includes an integral magazine well funnel to speed reloads.
Sight alignment is anchored by a fiber-optic front sight paired with a fully adjustable target rear sight. The slide incorporates front and rear cocking serrations for positive manipulation, and a lowered, flared ejection port.
Controls and ergonomics include a beavertail grip safety with memory pad and a left-side thumb safety. A skeletonized commander-style hammer and a skeletonized three-hole trigger support a crisp, familiar 1911 trigger feel. The frontstrap and mainspring housing are checkered, and the high-impact polymer wide-body grip panels carry an aggressive texture.
Construction is all-steel for both frame and receiver. The pistol is rollmarked M1911 A2 FS - MATCH and bears APINTL–PAHRUMP NV and ACP PHILIPPINES markings. It is manufactured in the Philippines and imported by AP International, Pahrump, NV, under catalog/item code 51738. The included steel magazine is marked .40 S&W Made in Italy.
