The SAR 2000 Stainless is a full-size, all-stainless 9mm built on a forged stainless-steel frame and slide, made in Turkey and imported by SAR USA. This Stainless submodel (2000ST) combines a DA/SA action with a manual safety that allows cocked-and-locked carry, a 4.5 in hammer-forged barrel with a recessed crown, and a 17+1 capacity. The slide runs inside the frame on full-length rails, and the pistol features a full-length dustcover without an accessory rail for a solid, nose-to-muzzle feel.

This Stainless variant uses a forged stainless-steel slide and forged stainless-steel frame finished in matching stainless, with the slide riding inside the frame on full-length rails (CZ-75-style). The full-length dustcover has no accessory rail, maintaining a clean profile and added front-end mass.
The DA/SA system pairs with a manual safety for cocked-and-locked carry; there is no decocker. Internal safeties include a firing pin block and a hammer block. Controls are straightforward: a push-button magazine release, a curved trigger, and a ring hammer with a serrated spur.
Sights are all steel, with a screw-retained front blade and a fixed rear in a dovetail. The slide has rear diagonal cocking serrations only for positive manipulation. Black textured rubber grip panels with the Sarsilmaz S logo provide a solid hold.
Capacity is 17+1, and the included factory steel magazine has witness holes to 17. Markings include SARSILMAZ 2000 and STAINLESS, with import and origin stamps reading SAR USA, Miami, FL, MADE IN TURKEY, and MADE IN TURKIYE. The slide and barrel carry matching serial numbers.
