The metalwork is 24-karat gold-plated across the barrel, full-length magazine tube, receiver, lever, and trigger guard. Gold-finished engraved receiver sideplates and a high-gloss hardwood stock and forearm are laser-engraved with Tucson and Arizona motifs and texts, including "THE GRAND CANYON STATE," "TUCSON, ARIZONA – 13 OF 100," "DOC HOLLIDAY & WYATT EARP," "MEXICAN–AMERICAN WAR," "DITAT DEUS," "FOUNDED IN 1776," "HUGO O'CONNOR," "SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD," "CATTLE RANCHING," and "JOHN DILLINGER – CAPTURED AT HOTEL CONGRESS."
Configuration details include a 20-inch barrel, a 7+1 capacity via a full-length tubular magazine, and twin barrel bands. The sighting setup pairs a ramped front sight with an elevator-adjustable semi-buckhorn rear sight. Safety features include a tang-mounted sliding safety, a lever safety, and an internal hammer block.
