The Covert configuration centers on a 16.5 in heavy-profile barrel with 5R rifling and a 1:8 twist, threaded 5/8x24 with a two-port muzzle brake installed. This setup supports controlled recoil and maintains precision from a compact overall package.
The action uses a four-lug bolt with a short 50° throw for fast cycling. A spiral-fluted bolt body and an oversized, textured bolt knob add positive manipulation. The rifle accepts AICS-pattern short-action magazines and carries a 10+1 maximum capacity.
An aluminum chassis in OD Green provides a rigid foundation. The reverse-folding PRO adjustable buttstock offers tool-less adjustments for the cheekpiece and buttpad and integrates a bag rider for rear support. The pistol grip wears the Cadex emblem.
