    What’s Included

    • 1x 7-round single-stack steel 1911 magazine with witness holes
    • Installed smooth wooden grip panels (non-checkered)

Produced in 1918 during World War I, this U.S. Army-marked Model of 1911 represents the original, pre-A1 pattern specified for U.S. service. The slide carries the correct "MODEL OF 1911. U.S.

ARMY" marking on the right, with Browning patent and Colt legends plus the Rampant Colt on the left.

Construction and configuration align with USGI standards: a forged carbon-steel slide and frame, full-size format with a 5 in barrel, vertical rear slide serrations, and a narrow, unmodified ejection port. The pistol retains a wide spur hammer and a long, smooth-face trigger.

Sighting equipment is the original fixed GI type, with a small half-moon front sight and a U-notch rear. An "H" stamp appears on the top of the slide. The platform is single-stack with a 7+1 capacity in .45 ACP.

Operation is single-action with a short-recoil, locked-breech system, and the safety suite includes a thumb safety and a grip safety. Aftermarket smooth wooden, non-checkered grip panels are installed, secured by two screws per side.
