The 18-inch stainless steel barrel is a heavy-profile, fluted design with 5R rifling for clean land-and-groove transitions. It is threaded at the muzzle and capped with a knurled thread protector. The barrel is engraved near the muzzle with "SS 18 5R .223 WYLDE."
The proprietary SCR lower uses an in-stock recoil system to pair a traditional sporter/Monte Carlo stock with a semi-automatic action. The stock is synthetic with molded checkering and a rear sling swivel stud, and the length of pull is 13.0 inches. A cross-bolt safety is fitted.
The upper receiver is a flat-top with a Picatinny rail and a keyhole forging mark. It is a slick-side configuration with no forward assist and no ejection-port cover. A Radian Raptor ambidextrous charging handle is installed. The action is semi-automatic, direct impingement, with right-side ejection.
The round free-float handguard features longitudinal cooling slots and currently hosts the included adjustable bipod. The rifle accepts detachable AR-15 pattern magazines and comes with four 10-round metal magazines. The receivers are aluminum with a black finish, the sights are not included, and the rifle is made in the USA.
Receiver markings include "MULTI-CALIBER" and Patent 8,397,623 on the lower, along with a stylized "A" over "SCR" magwell rollmark.
