The RS22M runs a delayed blowback, semi-automatic action tailored to the .22 WMR cartridge, paired with a 10+1 capacity. Controls include a cross-bolt safety and a right-side charging handle, with a right-side ejection port for reliable cycling.
Its 21-inch barrel uses a recessed crown and an unthreaded muzzle, with 1:16 RH rifling and 12 grooves. The bore condition is excellent, with a mirror finish and sharp rifling, supporting consistent performance with .22 WMR loads.
The black synthetic Monte Carlo stock offers a 13.0-inch length of pull, textured grip and forend surfaces, and a ribbed polymer buttplate. Factory-installed sling swivel studs add convenient carry options.
The rifle wears a uniform matte black finish on the receiver and barrel. It includes rails and a scope mounting interface, and ships without factory sights. Overall length is 39.25 inches. The detachable polymer magazine features witness marks labeled "5" and "10" for quick round checks.
