Built on a bullpup platform, the Hellion delivers a 16 in barrel within a compact footprint of 28.25–29.75 in overall length. It is a full-size rifle that maintains balance and maneuverability while preserving barrel length and velocity.
The operating system is a semi-automatic, short-stroke gas piston with a 2-position adjustable gas regulator (N/S). Controls are designed for versatility, including an ambidextrous safety and an ambidextrous, non-reciprocating charging handle. The rifle uses AR-pattern magazines and has a 30+1 capacity.
The CMV steel barrel is Melonite treated and paired with a 1:7 twist. A threaded muzzle accepts the installed four-prong flash hider. A polymer handguard with M-LOK interface and a full-length, numbered Picatinny top rail provide mounting space while keeping the profile clean.
Integrated, protected flip-up sights include a front elevation-adjustable post and a rear 5-position diopter that is windage adjustable. The rifle features a steel receiver, a durable black finish, and a polymer frame/stock with a 5-position adjustable, telescoping design and adjustable cheekpiece.
