The 28 gauge Citori White Lightning is built on Browning’s proven over/under platform with 28 in barrels chambered for 2 3/4 in shells. The barrels are marked "CITORI SPECIAL STEEL 28GA – 2 3/4" and wear a ventilated top rib with solid side ribs and a single front bead for a clean sight picture.
The receiver has a satin-silver (white) finish with factory scroll-style engraving on the flanks and bottom. Controls include a single gold-colored trigger and a tang-mounted safety with integrated barrel selector. Ejectors are properly timed for positive hull clearance.
The walnut stock and matching field-style forend feature cut checkering for secure handling. The stock has a round-knob (Prince of Wales) pistol grip and a Browning-branded hard buttplate. Length of pull measures 14.0 in, and the stock is set with a neutral cast.
