The P22 CA is a compact .22 LR with simple blowback operation and a fixed 3.42 inch barrel with a captured recoil spring. It offers a 10+1 capacity and an integral multi-slot accessory rail on the dustcover for mounting lights or similar accessories.
This model is hammer-fired with DA/SA operation and an exposed hammer. Controls include an ambidextrous slide-mounted manual safety, an ambidextrous paddle-style magazine release, a loaded chamber indicator, and a magazine disconnect.
Sighting is enhanced by a green fiber-optic front blade (installed) and a windage-adjustable rear notch. The interchangeable backstrap allows grip size adjustment to suit the shooter.
