This example features a 28" Optima-Bore HP barrel with a ventilated rib, a green fiber-optic front bead, and Realtree MAX-5 camouflage across the aluminum receiver and synthetic furniture. Italian-made in Gardone V.T. and imported by Beretta USA, it includes factory Optima-Choke HP tubes, the original hard case, and the instruction manual. Matching serial numbers appear on the bolt and receiver plate.

The A350 Xtrema uses a gas-operated action and an 89 mm (3.5") UNICO chamber that accepts 2 3/4", 3", and 3 1/2" shells. Capacity is 3+1, and controls include a cross-bolt safety. A knurled magazine cap provides secure, tool-free removal.
The 28" steel barrel features Beretta's Optima-Bore HP profile and is marked 18.6 mm. It has a ventilated rib and a green fiber-optic front bead for quick sighting. The barrel is threaded for Beretta Optima-Choke HP screw-in chokes.
The receiver is aluminum alloy for reduced weight, finished to match the Realtree MAX-5 camouflage across the stock and forend. The synthetic stock includes molded checkering, a rubber recoil pad, and a rear sling swivel stud. Length of pull is 13.25.
Manufactured in Gardone V.T., Italy, this shotgun carries factory markings including "BERETTA – GARDONE V.T. – MADE IN ITALY" and "MADE IN ITALY • PATENTED," along with the Beretta USA Corp., Accokeek, MD import mark. Matching serial numbers are present on the bolt and receiver plate.
