This Bulgarian-made Arsenal SLR-104UR combines the compact "Krink" pattern front end with an extended 16.25 in, chrome-lined, hammer-forged barrel and a factory-style left-side folding stock. It includes an installed Arsenal SM-13K side-rail optic mount with a T-marked Picatinny top rail and a knurled over-barrel shroud. The rifle retains the correct Krink-pattern sights and features matching assembly numbers on the bolt carrier and top cover.

Built on a stamped steel receiver and marked "Made in Bulgaria," this SLR-104UR is a semi-automatic, long-stroke gas piston rifle in 5.45x39mm that follows the AK-74 platform. The receiver carries S and F selector markings, and the rifle shows Arsenal's Bulgarian production quality and configuration.
The rifle uses the short-gas "Krink" front sight/gas block combination with a protected post front sight. A hinged Krink-style top cover integrates a two-position rear sight marked 4–5, preserving the intended sight picture while supporting the compact gas system layout.
The extended 16.25 in barrel is hammer-forged and chrome-lined, paired with a long, knurled over-barrel shroud that runs forward from the gas block area. This setup maintains the rifle's compact Krink-style profile while meeting the specified barrel length.
Furniture is all polymer in the Krink pattern, including ribbed upper and lower handguards, a black polymer pistol grip with checkering, and a left-side folding stock with a sling loop. Matching assembly numbers are present on the bolt carrier and the top cover, adding desirable production consistency.
An Arsenal SM-13K side-rail optic mount is installed, providing a T-marked Picatinny top rail. The mount features a relief cut so the iron sights remain usable with the rail in place, giving the rifle flexible sighting options without altering its core setup.
