The slide is cut for micro red dots that share the RMSc footprint and ships with a removable cover plate installed. Front and rear serrations provide positive purchase for press checks and slide manipulation, and the Nitron-finished stainless-steel construction offers durable protection in a compact package.
Factory steel tritium 3-dot night sights are installed, with a high-visibility green ring on the front for fast sight acquisition. The rear sight is steel, tritium illuminated, and set in a dovetail.
The serialized, modular stainless-steel fire control unit pairs with a textured polymer grip module bearing SIG SAUER logo panels. A curved trigger, striker-fired action, and the MS variant's external manual thumb safety are complemented by an internal firing pin block.
A proprietary SIG P365 micro-rail is integrated on the dust cover for compatible accessories. Markings observed include "P365" on the slide, "SIG SAUER" on the barrel hood, and "NEWINGTON, NH USA" on the frame. The case label shows SKU/MPN 365-9-BXR3P-MS with a date of 14-Mar-2025.
