The revolver is built around a 4.75-inch barrel and a six-shot fluted cylinder. An ejector housing with an open longitudinal slot runs along the right side, and fixed sights consist of a rear notch in the top strap and a front sight slot at the muzzle.
Roll marks and legends are prominent: the barrel reads "MOD. EA SA – E.T. – MADE IN ITALY," while the frame is marked "CAL. .22 L.R." and "CAT. 885." A safety legend "READ OWNERS MANUAL BEFORE USING GUN" appears on the top of the barrel.
