Built on the Action IV (long) receiver, this Sako 75 Finnlight is chambered in .30-06 and uses Sako’s robust stainless-steel action with a matte/bead-blast finish. It bears the Sako proof mark and Made in Finland marking, and includes stainless-finished bottom metal.
The 21-inch barrel is stainless steel with a fluted, sporter profile. It has an unthreaded muzzle and no factory iron sights, aligning with the Finnlight’s streamlined configuration.
Optics mounting is straightforward thanks to integral Sako tapered dovetail scope bases. Dovetail ringmounts are installed, and scope rings are included, allowing quick setup with a compatible optic.
The synthetic stock is finished in black/gray and features molded grip and fore-end panels for secure handling. Sling swivel studs are factory-installed, and a Sako grip-cap medallion adds a clean factory detail. Length of pull measures 14.0 inches.
Feeding is via a detachable box magazine with a 5+1 stated capacity. The rifle uses a bolt-action system with a single-stage trigger featuring a smooth shoe, paired with a manual safety for straightforward operation.
