Built for carry-friendly balance without giving up performance, the Shadow 2 Carry pairs a compact 4-inch barrel with an aluminum alloy (7075-T6) frame and a steel slide. Unloaded weight is approximately 30–30.7 oz, and overall dimensions are about 7.5 in L x 5.4 in H x 1.5 in W. Capacity is 15+1 in 9mm Luger.
The DA/SA action is managed by bilateral frame-mounted decocker levers and a firing pin block. A skeletonized external hammer, pronounced beavertail, and textured Duralumin grip panels with CZ Shadow 2 logos support secure handling and consistent trigger work.
The steel slide carries front, rear, and top serrations for assured manipulation. Fixed steel three-dot sights are dovetailed front and rear, with a single white front dot and two white rear dots that are luminescent per factory spec. An external extractor provides positive case control.
Markings include the model rollmarked "CZ SHADOW 2 CARRY" with the right slide marked "9x19." The pistol bears Czech proof/inspection marks and the CZ-USA, Kansas City, KS import mark. It also includes an integral 1913-pattern accessory rail with three slots for lights or other compatible accessories.
