The RD700 combines Rifle Dynamics' AKM-pattern build with a stamped-steel receiver and a matte black finish. It retains familiar AK ergonomics with a paddle-style magazine release, right-side charging handle, and a manual safety lever. Markings indicate Rifle Dynamics, Las Vegas, NV.
The 12-inch, threaded barrel is equipped with a multi-port three-chamber muzzle brake. The long-stroke gas piston system and 7.62x39 chambering deliver the classic AK operating pattern in a compact pistol format.
A Texas Weapon Systems hinged railed top cover provides a continuous top rail and integrates the rear aperture sight. Up front, an AK front sight post pairs with the TWS rear aperture for a clean iron-sight picture.
The SLR Rifleworks machined aluminum M-LOK handguard and railed gas tube offer durable, lightweight front-end hardware. Left-side folding rear hardware with an AR-style adjustable arm brace increases storage and carry flexibility, while the Magpul AK polymer pistol grip enhances control.
