What’s Included
- New England Firearms (NEF) Pardner Model SB1 .410 Bore single-shot shotgun
The Pardner Model SB1 uses a single-shot, break-open action with an external spurred hammer and a single trigger. A side release lever on the upper left of the frame unlocks the action, and an automatic ejector clears spent shells for quick reloads. Capacity is 1 round.
The 26 in non-rib barrel is fitted with a fixed Full choke and a brass bead front sight, with no rear sight. The chamber is cut for 3 in .410 Bore shells, offering straightforward compatibility with common .410 loadings.
Metalwork includes a blued barrel and a color casehardened-style receiver. Furniture consists of a hardwood stock with a walnut finish and a slim, uncheckered hardwood fore-end. The stock has a pistol-grip, straight comb profile and a 14.0 in length of pull, capped with an NEF circular-logo buttplate.
Safety is provided by NEF’s transfer-bar system, identified on the receiver with U.S. Patent No. 3,988,848. The gun bears a P-in-circle proof and was manufactured in Gardner, Massachusetts, USA.
