The METE MC9L is a striker-fired, single-action 9mm built on a polymer frame with interchangeable backstraps. It uses a nitride-finished slide and includes ambidextrous slide stop levers with a reversible magazine release for flexible control setup.
The slide incorporates front and rear serrations, an external extractor, and a right-side ejection port. Its optics cut follows the Shield RMSc footprint, and this pistol arrives with a MeCanik micro red dot installed. Factory sights are a white-dot front blade paired with a plain black, square-notch rear.
A MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny accessory rail on the dustcover supports light or laser attachment. Safety features include a trigger safety lever, a firing-pin block, a loaded-chamber indicator, and a striker-status indicator.
