The Forge H1 22 uses a 4.25 inch barrel and a single-action-only 1911 platform scaled for .22 LR, delivering familiar controls with rimfire economy. Its 10+1 capacity and compact dimensions make it a handy, easy-to-run package that keeps the classic 1911 feel.
The slide is CNC-milled from T7075 aluminum and finished in black Cerakote, with forward and rear serrations for confident manipulation. Sights are fixed 3-dot irons, with a single-dot front post and a two-dot rear notch that is dovetail-mounted.
Controls and ergonomics follow the 1911 pattern, including ambidextrous manual thumb safeties and a beavertail grip safety with a memory bump. A skeletonized, three-hole curved trigger and a skeletonized round-spur hammer (Commander-style) complete the setup. The left-side magazine release and textured polymer grip panels with molded Hammerli H medallions support consistent handling.
An integral under-dust-cover Picatinny accessory rail is machined into the frame for mounting as needed. Dimensions are thoughtfully balanced at 7.9 in overall length, 5.39 in height, and 1.34 in width, with an unloaded weight of 30.2 oz (without magazine).
