The Mark II Target configuration pairs a nominal 6 7/8 in tapered stainless target barrel with a non-threaded crown and banded muzzle, all in a brushed stainless steel frame and receiver. Built in the United States in 1990, this example presents the classic Ruger target setup in a durable, corrosion-resistant finish.
Its semi-automatic blowback system uses an internal cylindrical bolt with twin rear grasping ears for easy charging. The pistol runs a single-action trigger and includes a last-round bolt hold-open. Capacity is 10+1, with a heel-style magazine release for secure retention.
Target sighting is handled by a tall, squared Patridge-style front blade that is cross-pinned on a ramped base and a fully adjustable rear sight mounted to the receiver. This sight arrangement is purpose-built for precise elevation and windage adjustments on the range.
Crimson Trace LaserGrips are installed, providing a black polymer, front-activation laser interface tailored to the Mark II platform. The original Ruger grip panels are included, allowing the buyer to revert to factory-style grips if preferred.
