The V3 configuration delivers a traditional DA/SA action with a rear-mounted decocking button, paired with ambidextrous slide release levers and a paddle-style ambidextrous magazine release. An extractor-based loaded chamber indicator provides a red witness line for quick status checks.
The 3.66 in steel barrel is cold-hammer-forged with polygonal rifling, designed for longevity and consistent performance. The slide wears HK's Hostile Environment nitrocarburized finish for added surface protection, while the fiber-reinforced polymer frame keeps the package light and durable.
Meprolight Tru-Dot tritium night sights are installed in a 3-dot configuration, with a tritium front and Meprolight tritium rear for low-light visibility. The dustcover includes an integral accessory rail for mounting compatible lights or other accessories.
