The slide features a flat-top profile with longitudinal serrations that form an anti-glare rib, complementing the polished flats and matte rounds blued finish. The ejection port is lowered/relieved for smooth case clearance. The barrel hood is marked "COLT 9MM LUGER N.M."
Target-focused sighting is provided by a plain black patridge front sight and a Kensight fully adjustable rear sight. The Kensight unit is an aftermarket addition, offering precise elevation and windage adjustments.
The fire-control setup includes a skeletonized three-hole match trigger and a commander-style rounded, lightened hammer. Control features include a beavertail grip safety and an extended left-side thumb safety, along with a flat mainspring housing.
This full-size, single-action 1911 is chambered in 9mm Luger with a 5 inch barrel and an 8+1 capacity. The single-stack magazine body has eight witness holes. Grips are double-diamond checkered wood panels with inset gold Colt medallions.
