The BOSS-25 uses a gas-operated action and feeds from detachable 5-round magazines, giving a 5+1 capacity. It is chambered for both 2.75-inch and 3-inch shells, with receiver markings indicating 12 GA 3-inch magnum. Controls include a manual safety with S and F selector markings and a right-side reciprocating charging handle.
The 18.75-inch barrel is chrome-lined and threaded for choke tubes. A ventilated barrel shroud aids heat dissipation. This example includes a comprehensive Citadel choke kit with three flush tubes, an extended ported MOD tube, and a wrench, offering ready-to-use patterning options.
A full-length Picatinny top rail bridges the receiver and octagonal handguard, and the shotgun ships with adjustable flip-up polymer front and rear sights. This configuration provides a clear sight picture out of the box and a continuous mounting surface along the top.
The fixed skeletonized polymer stock features an adjustable cheek riser and a rubber buttpad, complemented by an AR-pattern pistol grip. Construction combines an aluminum upper receiver with a carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer lower.
