The G47 architecture pairs a G17-length slide and barrel with a shortened G19-length dust cover, delivering a full-size sight radius with a compact-style front profile. The slide wears Glock's durable nDLC black finish, features rear serrations and a beveled nose, and arrives from the factory with its MOS cut and cover plate installed.
The 4.49 in Glock Marksman Barrel (GMB) is complemented by steel night sights: an orange-outline tritium front blade and a square-notch rear with two tritium lamps. This setup is specified as American trooper sights for clear, consistent indexing.
Gen5 updates include ambidextrous slide stop levers, a flared magwell, and deleted finger grooves, along with a standard reversible magazine release and Glock's Safe Action system. This example also has a Glock OEM extended slide release for positive manipulation.
