The X-Compact Professional is part of the P320 XSeries, pairing a compact slide and grip module with a 3.6 inch barrel and a 15+1 capacity. It is striker-fired and uses SIG's modular fire control unit (FCU), allowing the serialized chassis to be removed from the grip module.
Controls and ergonomics reflect the XSeries focus: a flat-faced trigger, ambidextrous slide catch levers, and the XSeries grip module with aggressive molded texture for a secure hold. Lanyard slot inserts are integrated at the heel.
The slide has a matte black finish with front and rear cocking serrations and a factory optics cut. The barrel is steel and the hood is marked "9mm x 19." The polymer frame is finished in black and includes an accessory rail.
Sights are tritium 3-dot, with a tritium front sight featuring a green ring marked "TG-H3," and a tritium rear sight. The frame is marked NEWINGTON, NH, USA, reflecting U.S. manufacture.
This pistol ships with two factory 15-round compact-length P320 magazines, and magazine body markings observed include "Made in USA" and "Made in Italy." A SIG Sauer gray hard case and a cable lock are included.
