Matching serial numbers are present on the barrel, slide, and frame, and the pistol bears HS Produkt and Geneseo, IL markings.

The OSP slide includes a factory cover plate and enlarged front and rear cocking serrations, giving the pistol a ready-to-configure top end with positive manipulation surfaces. An external extractor is fitted to the forged steel slide, finished in Melonite black for corrosion and wear resistance.
The 4.5 inch hammer-forged, Melonite-treated match barrel uses a 1:16 twist and works with a captive recoil system. Chambered in 10mm, this full-size XD-M Elite holds 15+1 rounds and ships with three factory 15-round magazines.
Controls and ergonomics include a flat-faced META trigger with an integral over-travel stop, a trigger safety and grip safety, and fully ambidextrous slide stop and magazine release. The frame is polymer with XD-M texturing, a flared magazine well, interchangeable backstraps, and an accessory rail.
The sighting system combines a red fiber-optic front with a Tactical Rack U-Dot rear (white U-outline) for fast indexing. Markings include "HS PRODUKT MADE IN CROATIA, GENESEO, IL," reflecting manufacture by HS Produkt for Springfield Armory. This example has matching serial numbers on the barrel, slide, and frame.
