The fit-focused architecture supports consistent alignment while maintaining the familiar AR-15 platform and STANAG-pattern magazine interface.
Its 16-inch 4150 CMV barrel is nitrided for durability and corrosion resistance, cut with a 1:7 twist for modern 5.56 NATO loads, and threaded 1/2x28. A long three-chamber side-baffle muzzle brake/compensator is installed to manage recoil and muzzle movement.
The USAC 15-inch free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard has a full-length Picatinny top rail and a trapezoidal lightening pattern. The flat-top upper includes a forward assist and an ejection port cover, offering a clean, continuous rail surface.
Controls and ergonomics include an ambidextrous safety selector and an ambidextrous extended-latch charging handle. A single-stage, straight, skeletonized trigger and an adjustable minimalist stock provide a streamlined interface, with length of pull adjustable to approximately 10.5–14 inches.
