The LCP MAX stands out for its 12+1 maximum capacity in a true micro footprint, giving the shooter double-stack round count in a slim, carry-friendly .380 ACP. This pistol ships with both a 12-round and a 10-round magazine for flexible carry and range use.
Sighting is straightforward and fast thanks to a dovetailed tritium front sight with a white outline paired to a drift-adjustable U-notch rear. The slide adds front and rear serrations plus rear cocking ears for confident manipulation. Sights use S&W Bodyguard-pattern dovetails.
The locked-breech, short-recoil system uses Ruger’s internal-hammer, single-action-only Secure Action with a bladed trigger shoe and trigger safety. There is no manual thumb safety. The pistol has a reversible push-button magazine release and will fire with the magazine removed (no magazine disconnect).
