This PSA PA-15 pairs a 16" M4-profile 5.56 NATO barrel and carbine-length gas system with Magpul MOE furniture and a flat-top upper. It features 7075-T6 aluminum receivers with a hard-coat anodized matte black finish, an A2 front sight base with a polymer flip-up rear sight, and a threaded muzzle with an A2 birdcage flash hider. It includes a 40-round Magpul PMAG GEN M3 and an installed Magpul MOE vertical foregrip.

The flat-top upper receiver provides a continuous Picatinny rail and comes equipped with a forward assist and ejection-port cover. The receiver is marked "Palmetto State Armory – West Columbia, SC," and the selector positions are clearly marked SAFE/FIRE.
The 16" M4-profile barrel uses a carbine-length gas system and a 1:7 twist rate suitable for a wide range of 5.56 NATO loads. The barrel is threaded and fitted with an A2 birdcage flash hider secured by a crush washer.
Furniture includes a Magpul MOE M-LOK carbine-length polymer handguard and an installed Magpul MOE vertical foregrip for added control. The rifle uses a six-position telescoping stock with a length of pull adjustable from 10.0 to 13.25 inches, along with a Magpul MOE pistol grip. A manual safety controls the semi-automatic, direct-impingement action.
Sighting is handled by an A2 front sight base paired with a polymer flip-up rear sight. The rifle is finished in matte black and is made in the United States. Capacity is listed at 40+1, and this example includes a 40-round PMAG GEN M3.
