It is manufactured in Austria and imported by Glock, Inc., Smyrna, GA, with matching serial numbers on the barrel, slide, and frame. Factory markings include the AUSTRIA slide mark, MADE IN AUSTRIA, and Glock’s Smyrna, GA frame marking, along with proof/inspection marks on the barrel hood.
Controls are fully modernized for versatility. Ambidextrous slide stop levers and a reversible magazine catch support left- or right-handed operation. The frame uses a no-finger-groove, aggressive texture with a subtly flared magwell for confident handling, and interchangeable beavertail backstraps are included to fine-tune fit.
The slide features front and rear cocking serrations and a beveled/rounded nose for easier manipulation and holstering. Sights are straightforward and durable, with a white-dot front and square-notch rear. An accessory rail on the frame allows mounting of compatible lights or accessories.
Internally, this compact 9mm uses a striker-fired, locked-breech, semi-automatic action with Glock’s Safe Action system and a flat-faced trigger. Construction is proven, with a steel barrel and a polymer frame. The package includes three factory 15-round magazines with orange followers for clear load status visibility.
