The Mark V magnum 9-lug action delivers Weatherby's hallmark strength in a right-hand configuration. The floorplate release is inside the trigger guard for convenient unloading.
The 27-inch sporter-profile barrel wears a high-polish blued finish and a radial perforated muzzle brake to moderate recoil. There are no iron sights. The receiver is drilled and tapped, and a 2-piece scope base with rings is already installed to streamline mounting a scope.
The Lazermark stock is high-gloss walnut with a Monte Carlo comb and cheekpiece. Factory laser-carved oak-leaf panels highlight the fore-end and wrist. It includes a rosewood fore-end tip with white-line spacer, a rosewood grip cap with diamond inlay and white-line spacer, sling swivel studs, and a Weatherby-marked ventilated recoil pad. Length of pull measures 13.5 inches.
