The heart of this rifle is the Aero Precision Special Edition Betsy Ross lower, factory-engraved with the "76" within thirteen stars motif, MOD BETSY marking, and selector pictogram icons. The lower is 7075-T6 aluminum with a black hardcoat anodized finish and uses the 1776-XXXX serial format associated with this limited, discontinued series.
Up top is a slick-side flat-top upper receiver with no forward assist, brass deflector, or ejection-port cover, giving the rifle a streamlined profile. The action is semi-automatic, direct impingement, and the interface accepts standard STANAG magazines for a 30+1 capacity.
The barrel is a DPMS-marked 16-inch heavy-profile unit chambered in 5.56×45 NATO with a 1:9 twist and a plain crown. This setup is complemented by a low-profile railed gas block and a free-float quad-rail handguard with numbered top slots.
Furniture includes a Palmetto State Armory 6-position collapsible M4-style stock (10.25-inch length of pull) and an A2-style polymer pistol grip. The rifle presents a uniform black finish and is made in the USA.
