The Fostech Origin-12 is a U.S.-made, magazine-fed 12-gauge shotgun built around a gas-operated, piston-driven system. This example features a two-tone nickel/black finish, an 18.5 inch fluted barrel with a knurled muzzle cap, a continuous top Picatinny rail with a railed polymer handguard, and flip-up iron sights. It includes a telescoping stock with an adjustable 11.5–15 inch length of pull and comes with three magazines for versatile use.

The Origin-12 uses a semi-automatic, gas-operated, piston-driven action with right-side ejection for fast cycling and positive handling. A right-side enlarged magazine release and a manual safety selector support quick, intuitive controls.
Its 18.5 inch fluted barrel is capped with a knurled muzzle cap, and the shotgun feeds from detachable box magazines with a stated capacity of up to 10+1. This example includes two 10-round magazines and one 5-round magazine.
A continuous top Picatinny rail and a polymer handguard with accessory rail sections provide ample mounting space. Factory flip-up front and rear iron sights are installed for immediate use.
The adjustable, telescoping carbine-style stock offers a length of pull from 11.5 to 15 inches. Polymer furniture, a polymer pistol grip, and the two-tone nickel/black receiver and upper give this U.S.-made Origin-12 a distinctive and durable finish, with Fostech logos, ORIGIN markings, and a forward receiver block marked PATENTED.
