Its 20-gauge barrels are Beretta's Excelsior H.S.A. Steel in a monobloc construction with engine-turned flats. The barrels are factory-marked "20 GA. 3 - 76 - 26 1/2" and are topped by a ventilated rib and a single front bead. The chambers are 3 inches (76 mm).

It uses SP-marked flush Mobilchoke tubes, with Full, Improved Modified, and Modified included. Additional details include an automatic forend iron with engraved plates (underside marked "PATENTED"), bore diameter stamps "16.0" on both tubes, and an interior receiver stamp "IT14."
