The Walther LG400 Alutec Competition is a German-made .177 caliber (4.5mm) PCP single-shot match air rifle built on a silver-anodized aluminum chassis. It comes equipped with Walther/Centra globe front and micro-click diopter rear sights, a tunable muzzle system, and an adjustable match trigger with dry-fire capability. This example includes the factory case and tools, and its removable cylinder supports 300/200-bar fills.

This LG400 uses a pre-charged pneumatic sidelever action with single-shot loading. The loading port features a guided pellet tray with breech index marks for repeatable alignment. The two-stage match trigger is adjustable and offers dry-fire capability, while a right-side, skeletonized charging handle provides positive cycling. Capacity is 1 round.
The Alutec aluminum chassis is silver anodized and set up for precision fit. It includes a multi-axis buttplate, a vertically adjustable cheekpiece, an accessory T-slot rail, a sliding handstop block, and an anatomical black grip with a palm shelf. Length of pull measures 13.0 inches, and the platform is full-size for adult competition use.
The jacketed, shrouded barrel system uses a spiral-textured shroud, tunable muzzle weights, and an extended muzzle tube to increase sight radius. The factory rifled barrel length is 420 mm (approximately 16.5 in), while the extended assembly measures 22.2 in overall at the muzzle. Sight equipment consists of a Walther micro-click diopter rear sight on a riser block and a Walther/Centra front sight globe.
The removable air cylinder supports 300/200-bar fills and is stamped "useable until: 11/32." Walther’s ECO valve technology and EQUALIZER magnetic absorber are factory features designed for consistent shot delivery. The rifle carries German "F" in pentagon markings and is marked Made in Germany. The case label lists article number 2801507.
