The 22 in steel barrel features Marlin's Micro-Groove rifling. Feeding is via an under-barrel tubular magazine with a knurled end cap, offering a 14-round maximum capacity. The magazine tube terminates short of the muzzle.
Sighting is handled by iron sights: a ramped front blade and an adjustable rear leaf/elevator. The alloy receiver has a black finish and integral 3/8-inch rimfire dovetail grooves. A single takedown screw in the forearm simplifies routine disassembly.
The hardwood stock wears a walnut finish and features a straight comb, pistol grip, pressed checkering, and a black polymer buttplate. Length of pull is 13.5 in.
