What's Included
- Smith & Wesson Model 66-2 .357 Magnum revolver
The Model 66-2 is the stainless-steel Combat Magnum on the K-frame, pairing a 4-inch heavy-profile barrel with an ejector-rod shroud and serrated top rib. Its stainless barrel, frame, and cylinder present a matte/satin finish that is both durable and practical.
It features a double-action/single-action mechanism with a smooth-face trigger and a wide, checkered hammer spur for confident control. Sights are a pinned red/orange ramp front and a micrometer-click adjustable rear with a black blade, providing a clean and tunable sight picture.
The six-round fluted cylinder is chambered for .357 Magnum and will also accept .38 Special, offering flexibility across a broad range of loads. Factory S&W checkered wood target stocks with medallions complete the classic configuration.
As a -2 engineering change, this variant eliminated both the pinned barrel and recessed cylinder. The Model 66 line, the stainless counterpart to the Model 19 Combat Magnum, was discontinued in 2005 and later returned as the Model 66-8 in 2014.
