The A303 uses a gas-operated, self-cleaning system known for smooth cycling. It has a tubular magazine with a 3+1 capacity, right-side ejection, and a bolt handle paired with a round bolt-release button. Chambering is 2 3/4 inches.
The 26-inch steel barrel is topped with a ventilated rib that has longitudinal serrations and a single front bead sight. The barrel is threaded for Beretta Mobilchoke internal choke tubes, providing compatibility with the Beretta Mobilchoke system.
The stock and forend are gloss-finished hardwood with clean checkering for grip. A black recoil pad is fitted, and the forend underside carries an inlaid Beretta logo panel. The length of pull measures 15 inches. A knurled magazine cap completes the field-ready setup.
Markings include "Made in Italy," the PB oval logo, and import marks from Beretta U.S.A. Corp., Accokeek, MD. The receiver wears a black finish that matches the overall metalwork.
