The Buck Mark Rifle Target configuration delivers the stability of a heavy, non-threaded bull barrel paired with a matte black 7075-T6 aluminum receiver. Its walnut buttstock and long walnut fore-end provide a solid, traditional feel, while the skeletonized alloy stock adapter keeps the carbine architecture light and balanced.
The integral full-length optics rail makes mounting and positioning the included scope straightforward. This example is configured without factory iron sights, aligning it for dedicated use with optics. The installed Simmons 4x28mm rimfire scope features a duplex reticle and fully coated glass suited to .22 LR use.
Controls and features mirror the proven Buck Mark pistol lineage, including a semi-automatic blowback action, manual safety, and a gold-tone trigger. The reciprocating assembly features serrations, and the overall matte black finish complements the walnut furniture for a clean, purposeful look.
This rifle uses standard Buck Mark pistol magazines and has a 10+1 capacity in .22 LR. The barrel is marked Made in U.S.A. with Browning Morgan, Utah & Montreal, Canada address markings, and the buttplate is marked BROWNING. Browning’s "MZ" year code confirms 2001 production.
