What’s Included
- Cimarron Model P Black Powder Frame revolver (as described)
Uberti builds this Cimarron Model P as a faithful, high-quality reproduction, marked "CIMARRON F.A. CO., FREDERICKSBURG, TEXAS – Made in Italy" and "A. UBERTI – ITALY." The right-side loading gate and six-shot fluted cylinder reflect the classic single-action format in .45 Colt.
The smokeless-era crosspin frame uses a spring-loaded transverse crosspin latch with a blue push-button on the left front of the frame and a base pin cut with two annular latch grooves, aligning with later Single Action Army pattern details. Its 7.5-inch Cavalry barrel provides the traditional profile associated with the original service length.
Full-coverage scroll engraving spans the barrel, ejector housing, frame, cylinder, trigger guard, and backstrap. The revolver wears a bright silver/nickel-colored finish accented by nitre-blue small parts, complemented by a one-piece smooth ivory-tone grip.
Fixed sights include a front blade and a top-strap groove rear, and the hammer has a fixed firing pin with a knurled spur. A bullseye ejector head completes the period-correct details that collectors and enthusiasts appreciate.
