The M&P FPC is a semi-automatic, blowback-operated 9mm carbine built around a stainless-steel bolt and an anodized aluminum receiver. The side-folding layout locks for transport, measuring approximately 30 3/8 in unfolded and 16 3/8 in folded, and weighs about 5.03 lb unloaded for easy carry.
The 16.25 in 4140 steel barrel is threaded 1/2x28 from the factory and includes a muzzle device. A 1:10 RH twist supports common 9mm loads, while the integrated recoil buffer system helps manage cycling.
An aluminum M-LOK handguard with a full-length Picatinny top rail provides mounting space, and the rifle ships with polymer flip-up front and rear sights. The stock integrates dual magazine carriers with quick-release tabs, plus an M&P M2.0-style textured pistol grip and a 14.25 in length of pull.
