The T3’s CCO layout delivers a compact Officer-length steel frame combined with a Commander-length 4.25-inch slide and barrel. The slide is flat-topped with top serrations, has rear cocking serrations only, and a serrated rear of slide. The barrel features a recessed crown, and the ejection port is lowered and flared.
Sight setup consists of a Trijicon tritium front sight (single dot, marked "Trijicon H3 15") and a Heinie Straight-Eight tritium ledge rear (marked "HEINIE"). This pairing offers a straightforward, low-light-capable sight picture tailored for practical use.
The steel frame is finished in matte black and fitted with black/gray G10 grip panels. Front strap and mainspring housing are checkered, and the frame includes an integrated, blended magazine-well extension for smooth reloads.
Controls and fire-control parts include a skeletonized rowel (commander) hammer and a skeletonized, three-hole, medium-length aluminum trigger. Safeties are a left-side thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety with a memory pad. The chamber hood is marked "NHC 9mm NM."
