The Prime Elite follows the proven Government-length 5-inch 1911 format and is chambered in .45 ACP. It features a matte black steel frame and slide with a non-railed, standard dust cover. The tri-top slide carries rear vertical serrations and omits forward cocking serrations, while the ejection port is both lowered and flared.
The 5-inch barrel is finished with a flush-cut, reverse crown for a clean muzzle presentation. Internally, the pistol uses the classic GI short guide rod, spring plug, and a barrel bushing setup.
Fixed iron sights consist of a dovetailed gold-bead front sight and a dovetailed plain black, serrated ledge-style rear sight. This configuration provides a traditional, durable sighting system secured in dovetail cuts.
Controls include a single-sided left thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety. The pistol is equipped with a solid, smooth-face trigger, a skeletonized rowel (Commander-style) hammer, and a checkered magazine release. Grip surfaces include a checkered front strap and flat mainspring housing, complemented by black textured G10 panels with a golf-ball/honeycomb pattern.
