Colt Single Action Army (Model P) .45 Colt, 5.5 inch, Blue/Color Case-Hardened, 2014, 6-Shot Revolver
This 2014 Colt Single Action Army Model P in .45 Colt features the classic 5.5 inch barrel, a high-polish blue finish on the barrel, ejector housing, and cylinder, and a color case-hardened steel frame. It carries factory-correct markings throughout and comes in as-new condition, making it a clean example of Colt’s current-production SAA with the factory Model P designation and catalog code P1850.
Built on a steel frame with a color case-hardened finish, this SAA pairs a high-polish blue barrel, ejector-rod housing, and six-shot fluted cylinder. It uses a full-length ejector-rod housing with a crescent-style ejector-rod head for positive extraction.
The 5.5 inch barrel is rollmarked on the left side with "COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY .45" and carries the top address "COLT'S PT. F.A. MFG. CO. HARTFORD, CT.
U.S.A." The left side of the frame shows the two-line patent legend with Rampant Colt logo, and a ".45" caliber stamp is visible inside the frame window. Factory designations include the Model P marking and catalog code P1850.
It is single-action only with fixed sights: a front blade and a rear groove in the topstrap. Capacity is six rounds in a fluted steel cylinder, finished in high-polish blue.
The revolver wears black checkered composite grips with Rampant Colt medallions and the U.S. eagle-and-shield motif. Manufactured in the United States.
