The 2K11 Pro brings a modern, high-capacity approach to the 1911 platform. It uses a modular composite grip module paired with stainless-steel slide, frame, and barrel, delivering a 19+1 capacity while retaining a single-action, recoil-operated 1911 operating system.
The optics-ready slide arrives with a removable cover plate that carries a fixed rear sight, matched to a fiber-optic front sight with a red rod for a bright aiming reference. The slide also incorporates an external extractor, a lowered ejection port, geometric side milling, and top-front weight-reduction grooves.
A full-length dust cover with a multi-slot Picatinny rail provides broad accessory placement. Controls include an ambidextrous thumb safety and a pronounced beavertail grip safety. The pistol uses a tool-less guide-rod system and features a skeletonized hammer and a skeletonized trigger with lightening windows.
Fit and finish are matte black throughout, with factory markings that include Kimber and 2K11 on the slide and "KIMBER TROY AL USA" on the underside of the dust cover. The package is rounded out with two 19-round magazines, the TAG 2K11/1911 RMR adapter plate, and a Kimber/TAG 2K11 service pack.
