This Smith & Wesson Model 642-2 Airweight is a micro-size, double-action-only J-frame revolver chambered for .38 Special +P. Fixed sights, an enclosed hammer, and factory markings are all present, and it comes with the original S&W blue plastic hard case with factory label (serial CML9325, SKU 163810).

The 642-2 Airweight combines an aluminum-alloy frame with a stainless steel barrel and stainless fluted cylinder, delivering a light yet durable J-frame package. The matte silver anodized finish on the frame complements the stainless components for a clean, uniform look.
This model is double-action-only with an internal (enclosed) hammer for a smooth, snag-resistant profile. It features an internal key lock above the cylinder latch, a checkered cylinder-release latch, and a knurled ejector-rod tip.
Sights are fixed, with an integral serrated ramp front sight and a rear groove machined into the topstrap. The black textured synthetic boot-length grips wear S&W medallions and maintain the compact, round-butt J-frame profile.
Chambered in .38 Special +P, the revolver carries five rounds in its fluted cylinder and uses a 1.875 inch barrel. Factory rollmarks include ".38 S & W SPL +P" on the left side of the barrel, "Airweight" script and the S&W logo on the right side, and "Model 642-2" on the yoke.
