Built on a stamped AK-pattern receiver, this Krink retains classic features while adding useful upgrades. The receiver includes the right-side optics dovetail, the triangular Soviet Arms crest forward of the magwell, and selector legends in Cyrillic marked "AB/OD." The last four of the serial, "1220," are stamped on the receiver.
The 8" barrel is threaded and currently fitted with a cylindrical multi-ported flash hider/compensator. The long-stroke gas piston system with a rotating bolt delivers the expected AK operating characteristics in a compact Krink format chambered in 5.56mm NATO.
Ergonomics and handling are enhanced by the RS Regulate GKR-5M M-LOK aluminum lower handguard and a red marbled bakelite-style polymer pistol grip that has been wrapped with a field wrap. At the rear, a right-side folding, triangle-pattern arm interfaces with an SB Tactical brace endcap for a compact footprint when folded.
Sight regulation follows the Krink layout with a protected front post at the gas block/front-sight block and a rear sight mounted on the hinged top cover. The magazine well accepts curved 5.56×45 AK magazines, and the pistol is rated at 30+1 capacity; three polymer magazines with the Soviet Arms logo are included.
