The M&P 22 Magnum uses an internal hammer-fired, gas-operated single-action system and Smith & Wesson's two-piece TEMPO barrel. The 4.5 in stainless steel barrel wears an Armornite finish and a standard crown, combining durable materials with a modern operating setup specific to this model.
The slide is finished in black Armornite and includes large rear cocking serrations for confident manipulation. It is optics-cut and ships with a cover plate, allowing direct-mount micro red dots compatible with this SKU when the plate is removed.
Capacity is a standout at 30+1 rounds of .22 WMR, and this pistol includes three factory 30-round magazines. Ambidextrous slide-stop levers support either-hand operation. A 5-slot Picatinny accessory rail on the dust cover accommodates compatible lights or other rail-mounted accessories.
Sights are a green fiber-optic front paired with a black notched rear for a crisp, high-contrast sight picture. The flat-faced trigger includes an integral safety blade, and the pistol uses a trigger safety blade system. There is no external manual thumb safety on this configuration.
