The pistol is built on Kimber’s full-size Stainless II platform with a 5 in Government-length configuration. It uses a stainless steel, match-grade, bushing-fitted barrel and a standard recoil spring plug. Both the slide and frame are stainless with a satin/brushed finish, complemented by ornate scroll-engraved metal grip panels and a smooth frontstrap.
Controls and features include single-action-only operation, a skeletonized three-hole trigger, a rowel/commander-style hammer, a beavertail grip safety with memory pad, a manual thumb safety, and Kimber’s Series II firing pin block. The slide features front and rear cocking serrations and a lowered, flared ejection port.
Sights are fixed and dovetailed, with a plain black front post and a low-profile rear. Capacity is 7+1 with included single-stack steel magazines. The frame is marked "Yonkers NY USA," and the pistol is made in the USA.
